THIS SUNDAY AT 6PM: JOY IN THE PARK

ONE TICKET. TWO GOOD REASONS.
A quick reminder that Jamii’s raffle is still live, and this one is worth a second look.
It gives you the chance to win a one-of-a-kind week for two in the South of France, with flights from Toronto, 6 nights of accommodation, and a meal allowance included. Because the trip can take place between December 2026 and December 2027*, you have the freedom to enjoy it in the season that feels right to you, whether that means a quiet escape at the end of winter, a spring trip full of colour, or an autumn week of long meals in a beautiful part of the world.
And with only 400 tickets available overall, this is a more tangible chance than the huge giveaways people are used to seeing online.
That’s what makes this feel worth it: your ticket gives you a real shot at something extraordinary, and it still does something meaningful even if your name isn’t the one drawn. Every ticket purchased helps support Jamii’s free arts and community programs, so we can keep creating spaces where people of all ages can connect, create, and feel a sense of belonging.
If you’ve been thinking about it, this is the moment to get your ticket.
Tickets are available throughout June, and the raffle draw will take place on June 30 at The Jamii Hub.
*The trip dates will be chosen together and must take place between December 1, 2026, and December 31, 2027, excluding June 15th to August 31st 2027.

With an ancient tree stump at the centre of the story, the piece moves through memory, love, and a lifelong commitment to protecting the forest.
