I hereby release Jamii, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for loss, damage, or injury, including death, to myself or my property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, during LAINI Workshop activities. I understand that this waiver is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
