Whether we wrap ourselves in them, wear them or display them proudly, the cloths of our cultures carry deep meaning and social value. They allow us to recognize one another in unfamiliar places and to represent and celebrate our identities. They evoke heritage, acceptance, safety and pride. Culture Cloths is a series of interactive exhibits that explore the uniqueness and importance of these cloths, fabrics and prints across different cultures through a series of displays, workshops and community-engaged talks.

Heads-up: We will be on a break in July and August. Jamii's indoor activities & workshop series will commence in September 2024.
