About the Event
Join acclaimed percussionist Jaash Singh and learn how to groove to a series of exciting Balkan and Middle-Eastern rhythms. Jaash will be leading the workshop on a darbuka, however any hand drum will work, such as frame drums and cajóns. We will work on creating a short composition together and perform at the March 23rd Saturday Mingling!
*If you don’t have a drum, Jamii will provide them. Please let us know when you register for this workshop.
