In this edition of Culture Cloths, you are invited to delve into the world of Japanese attire, exploring its cultural significance and evolution through time. From the timelessness of the kimono to the understated charm of the yukata, Japanese garments reflect tradition and craftsmanship. Join us as we explore the diversity and beauty of Japan through its garments and discover the artistry and symbolism woven into Japanese clothing. Sabrine S Hakam, concept and design, will moderate a conversation with "MAY at Jamii" lead artist Takako Segawa.
