Making Juices and Wellness Shots

Join us for a very special “crafting session” as we learn how to make homemade juices and wellness shots incorporating African native fruits and plants such as baobab and sorrel (hibiscus), as well as ginger and lemon. These homemade concoctions are not only delicious but also packed with nutrients that support gut health and overall wellness. Participants will also learn about the importance of gut health and the lymphatic system, as well as the benefits of various natural ingredients. All ages, genders and levels are welcome, regardless of where you are on your wellness journey. Jamii provides all supplies.

*Under 12 need to accompanied by an adult.
