From the 11th century through 1492, Muslims from northern Africa, commonly referred to at the time as Moors, spread the techniques and designs of Islamic lusterware pottery as they inhabited various regions of the Iberian peninsula. Over generations, this tradition evolved into a cherished communal practice, where each tile became a canvas for stories, culture, and shared experiences.
