Registration is required only for parents who need free childcare during the session.
Your answers to the questions in the registration is essential to the delivery of this service. Please answer each question carefully and thoroughly.
Please provide information for an emergency contact other than yourself. Upon arrival at Jamii, you will sign a child supervision form giving us permission to release your child to the provided contact below in case of an emergency when you are unable to attend to your child.
Moms' Care Circle was created is response to the demands of the mothers in the community and the shortcomings of the modern urban life in supporting moms' needs. Using expressive forms of art, Jamii creates a safe space for moms to take a moment out of their busy daily lives and multitude of responsibilities to focus on themselves alone.
