About the Event

Your daughter will be in a group with a maximum of 12 participants, from grades 1 to 8. They will be led by professional artist Djennie Laguerre, along with our workshop facilitator and coordinator, Carolina Rojas.

Together, they will spend the sessions developing a story for our musical, creating characters, writing dialogue, and setting up action. Their creation will serve as the guidelines for the other three groups working on dancing, singing, and costume making.

This is a great experience for igniting creativity and imagination (they will be encouraged to create original stories, characters, and scenarios), engaging their problem-solving skills, enhancing their literacy skills, and working collaboratively (this is a group creation). It will also boost their self-expression and confidence.

PROGRAMME KEY DATES:

Sept 16 to Nov 25 on Mondays – 4:30 pm to 6 pm

Rehearsal #1 for all groups: Wednesday, November 27, from 4:30 pm to 6 pm
