Joy in the Park is back with a free outdoor celebration for all ages, featuring live music, dance, family activities, and the unveiling of PASI, Jamii’s newest photo exhibition along The Esplanade.

The evening begins at 6 PM at Jarvis and The Esplanade with a community walkabout to unveil PASI together. The exhibition features about 100 people representing home countries taking part in this summer’s major international soccer tournament, created as part of Toronto’s The World in a City theme. Brazilian drummer and singer Aline Morales and Ghanaian-Canadian trumpeter Rudy Ray will accompany the walk with live music.

At 6:30 PM, the celebration continues near Princess and The Esplanade, across from Market Lane Public School in David Crombie Park. Stay for live music by Joaquín Núñez & Habana Safari,…
