If you’ve been craving a movement class that feels supportive, energizing, and doable, this series is a great fit. Nickeshia Garrick returns to Jamii to lead a spring movement workshop that blends Pilates and yoga techniques with upbeat music. Expect gentle strengthening, stretching, and full-body activation in a friendly space where you can move in a way that feels right for you.
