Start your Tuesday morning with movement that feels energizing, rhythmic, and community-driven. In this high-energy class led by Newton Moraes, participants will move, dance, stretch, and build cardio endurance while exploring Afro-Brazilian dance elements, including Samba and Batuque from southern Brazil. Expect a welcoming space where you can tune into your body, move at your own pace, and share the momentum of a group moving together.
