Join Jamii for a free summer evening in David Crombie Park with live samba music, African and Afro-diasporic dance, art activities, and neighbours gathering together.
Joy in the Park will begin with the high-energy sounds of Sambaê, an all-women samba band led by Aline Morales. Their joyful percussion and Brazilian rhythms invite audiences to clap, move, and celebrate together.
