Bring some rhythm into your Tuesday morning. Carolina Rojas returns to The Jamii Hub for a movement series that keeps you active, smiling, and connected to the people around you. Using accessible Latin dance rhythms and steps, participants take part in continuous, repetitive movement that supports cardiovascular health, muscle strength, and coordination. The vibe is upbeat and supportive, with lots of room to move at your own pace and take breaks when you need them.
